William Cooper was an American living 1943-2001. His book ”Behold a Pale Horse” was a milestone in the struggle for freedom, revealing the secret world of the US government, its cover-up and crime, focusing on the years 1947 to 1991. Once these facts were considered odd and sensational. Today, much of this is common knowledge. This is something of a bible for those who like unorthodox theories, a Holy Grail for those who study the subject of "Secret History". Pdf available here.
1. Secret History
”Behold a Pale Horse” (1991) treats Cooper's theories regarding the secret history of the USA. Is the land run by a shadow government through secret clubs such as CFR, Bilderberg and the Trilateral Commission, has the regime planned to reduce its own population with poison and epidemics, are there cover ups concerning OVNI's like there being a secret base in Area 51, was John F. Kennedy killed by an elite conspiration? Cooper's answer to all this is "yes". He maintains that he has seen documents proving this during his time as an employee of the US defence up and until 1975, for example in Navy intelligence. Some of the documents are reproduced in his book. Apart from that, Cooper gives an overall intriguing account over hidden aspects of the modern history of the USA.
Among the claims Cooper makes around OVNI's we for instance find these:
. Officially acclaimed UFO researchers like J. Allen Hynek, Philip Class and Stanton Friedman are rejected as CIA-controlled debunkers. Hynek, for example, was the one that came with the explanation "it's only swamp gas" ... [Cooper 204]
. Over the years CIA has leaked info from clandestine OVNI projects to writers and filmmakers. This has resulted in fiction works such as Whitley Streiber's "Majestic" (1989) and Spielberg's movies "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" (1977) and "ET" (1982). (Rumors like these have continued even after Cooper's book came out. Here, in a Swedish post, I look at movies and TV series such as "Contact," "Stargate" and "X-Files", works with clearly remarkable features the more one knows about this clandestine connection.)
. There are UFOs in the US government's service, flown by human pilots. In the biographical preface Cooper tells of having seen such a one (more on this below).
Cooper says that he's a Christian. He has a spiritual outlook. Apart from that he seems to be a hands-on guy. As for OVNI's he, for example, doesn't discard the exopolitical theory; however, after the book came out he inclined in favor of saying that all UFO's come from earthly realms, created in secret governmental projects. Be that as it may. The UFO issue is central for the meta conspiracy we are facing. Hereby some more lines on UFO's from Cooper's book.
One main issue Cooper explains in this matter is this: if The Powers That Be have UFO's in their service, how can they keep the secret from leaking out? -- The answer is: it is handled by the military and military personel knows how to keep secret. Here Cooper speaks from experience. When he in the 1960s was in the submarine service he says that he once saw a disc shaped object rise out of the water, then doing some remarklable aerobatics [ibid s 19ff]. It was a vessel, it was made of metal, it was real, Cooper says. Even his officer on duty on the submarine bridge (yes, submarines have "a bridge") saw it. Later Cooper was debriefed by a Navy intelligence guy. He convinced Cooper in no uncertain terms that Cooper must say that he hadn't seen anything. The message, brought forth "between the lines," was: answer right and continue with your Navy career, answer wrong and be sure to get fired.
2. Maintaining Secrecy = Easy
Cooper was intimidated by a superior. Cooper knew that he had to keep silent about the UFO sighting. But even without open threats secrecy can easily be maintained. People with security classified jobs (even if they are "ordinary" projects and jobs, not UFO or alien related) regularly say to their beloved ones that they can't talk about what they do at work. The lid is securely on as a matter of course. This is the service life. This isn't understood by people with "free" occupations (journalist, lawyer) or people in the academia. They have academic freedom and freedom of expression ingrained in their beings, they are used to be able to talk to anyone about anything. However, service men knows how to keep silent. Their careers depend on it.
Moreover, the US has run aviation projects having been kept secret for decades before being discovered. The stealth aircraft F-117 is an example of that. Secrecy has been tight. Secrecy is not difficult, it just means to threaten with dismissal (and, in the cases of former defense workers who want to sound the alarm, you can threaten them in other ways, as with anonymous phone calls etc. etc). Essentially this is a reign of terror. People in the armed forces shut up because of fear. And
the elite club/NWO/illuminati regime [Swedish blog post] is the same thing on a higher, societal, planetary level: they rule with fear. We live in the Empire of Fear.
So how does this elite club Empire align with what Cooper says? Indeed, he says that there is a meta conspiracy, a conspiracy since ancient times and in the 20th century realized in USA's secret projects in the Air Force and the Navy, in the plans of concentration camps (FEMA camps), in plans to poison the population, in their murder of Kennedy etc. etc. One indication is this: Cooper himself was part of the secret world because of some private conspiratorial background, specifically, for a while being a member of the Masonic DeMolay youth club, named after the Templar Jacques de Molay (1244-1314). He lost touch with the society when his family moved to a place beyond the reach of any lodge, but with such a background, it is said to be easier to be accepted in the elite club projects. Cooper:
”I believe to this day that my association with DeMolay Society may have been the reason for my selection for Naval Security and Intelligence.” [ibid p 75]
3. The Title
You might ask why the book is named as it is. The answer is that it is a quotation from the Bible's Book of Revelations. "And I looked, and I beheld a pale horse"... It is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, Death, who rides on a pale horse. Well, this apocalypse and doom which the Bible book in question seem to envision, this we can forget now as a product of fear-based thinking of the past. But these tunes were played a lot around 1991 when the book came out. Of Revelations and how to interpret it
I have written here, in Swedish.
4. MJ-12
If you want the story of how the US government covered up the fact that it knew about UFO's and aliens, you should read chapter twelve of Cooper's book. The chapter is called "The Secret Government", p 195-239. To control and regulate the information, evaluate operations and establish policy in exopolitical issues -- says Cooper -- the group Majesty 12 was formed in 1955. The group was created by Nelson Rockefeller on Eisenhower's orders. [ibid p 207] 19 persons were included [ibid p 208]. The group had a higher security clearance than the President and thus knew more than he did on this -- more than Eisenhower himself and all the following presidents. The group namely lived on as a permanent elite club body in order to run the secret world operations. Cooper:
In the Johnson administration it became the 303 Committee because the name 5412 [efter det direktiv som grundlade gruppen, NSC 5412/1] had been compromised in the book The Secret Government. (...) Under Nixon, Ford, and Carter it was called the 40 Committee, and under Reagan it became the PI-40 Committee. Over all those years only the name changed. [ibid p 209]
They knew more than Eisenhower who still allegedly was present at two alien encounters. One meeting was with peaceful, humanoid aliens; they wanted Ike to disarm and stop using nuclear arms. But this Ike declined. He rather made a deal with grey aliens. Cooper covers this
(as have I, in Swedish). And to this deal with the greys can be coupled stories of abductions, surgical operations on people etc.
These stories abounded at the time of Cooper's book surfacing. Now they have subsided. Why? Because the grey aliens have left earth. This is clear to us who follow the postings on esoteric websites.
5. Part History
Cooper's book is full of facts and interesting theories. But it is also part history now. There won't be a major war induced by the NWO. True, after the 1990s we did indeed have 9/11 and war in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya, and Syria still is a mess. However, there won't be a NWO triumph in this latter theatre of war because now the Russian intervention has tipped the scales in favor of the forces of Light. The elite club is facing opposition; this is the situation at the time of writing. So don't speak to me about Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse as a reality of the 2010s.
TPTP always try to take power. No rest for the wicked. It seems that the elite club must constantly make the same coup, again and again. You always hear that there and then, they really took power to establish a dictatorship and rule with a rod of iron. In US history this has been said about the years 1871, 1913, 1947, 1974, 1990 and 2001...! Cooper, for his part, highlights the years 1947 [chapter twelve], 1974 [chapter eleven] and 1990 [chapter five]. And this is symptomatic. From a positive point of view, it is as if the world constantly, successively liberates itself from the elite club empire, even without the public knowing about this regime...! You can't run the civilized, internet-connected world in a dictatorial way. Not even Bolshevik Russia (funded by the elite club, see Antony Sutton's "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution") managed to stay around for more than 70 years. It ruled with illuminati methods; Marx was probably an Illuminated
as I've showed in this Swedish post. Overall this Soviet regime was self-destructive and lost power.

The elite club wants to conquer and win. Cooper:
”Winning in the world of the elite is everything. Indeed, it is the only thing. The power elite intend to win.” [ibid p 2] – The elite club is bent on winning but it can't win, can't conquer. Now we see how the measures in the wake of 9/11 crumble. With 9/11 the elite club again "took power," by installing Homeland Security, promulgating the Patriot Act and starting a "war on terror". Now this is yesterday's news. You can't fool the public so easily anymore. The Empire lacks staying power because it rules with lies, fear and intimidation.
6. Turning the Tide
Cooper wrote for his life. He warned the public and may have contributed to turn the tide in a metapolitical sense. His book is full of words of warnings, like, ”The wolf is at the door” [Introduction, p 3]. Another word of warning is this from chapter twelve, after delineating plans of martial law and concentration camps:
”Your freedom will never be returned and you will live in slavery for the remainder of your life. You had better wake up and you had better do it now!”
These words did have effect. The people did awake, in the US and the whole Westworld. We now see how Bilderberger meetings are opposes by the public and how Bohemian Grove was revealed; we have whistle blowers like Ed Snowden, Julian Assange and Max Keiser; the swine flu campaign is exposed as an evil scam, there won't be a Nato intervention in Syria etc. "Fuck the NWO" is a common watchword.

Cooper was active as a talk show host on AM radio. In June 2001, he said in his program that a false flag terrorist attack would take place, a deed that Osama bin Laden would be blamed for.
What happened then? September 11, my friends...! The false flag attack on the WTC towers, known as "9/11" in international lingo. And it does not stop there for Cooper. In November the same year he namely received a visit from the police. They would supposedly arrest him for various charges (tax evasion, "aggravated assault with a deadly weapon"). Then arose a firefight in which Cooper fell.
If this was a violent madman who got what he deserved, or if it was a freedom fighter who died as a martyr -- you tell me. I can personally only say that "Behold a Pale Horse" deserves its status as a classic of secret history literature. A combination of "Flying Saucers Have Landed" and "Proofs of a Conspiracy" in 1990s costume, that is what Cooper's book is. It is a documentary portrayal of a world most people do not want to know of: a world where Western governments are murdering, lying and covering up in order to conceal cosmic facts. But now this regime is going down -- the shadow regime Cooper revealed is about to lose power. That's at least what I see in my crystal ball.
